If that was in a PF69 holder, it wouldn't bother me, but in 70 that's unacceptable. I'm not sure if I would send it back or not. Now I've seen it all. NGC holder seals in for all time the nasty gases and other stuff that fog/cloud/milk-spot so many '71-S Silver Ikes left in their Government packaging when there is absolutely no reason to leave that packaging intact. Oh, well, to each his/her own.... Rob -
