ripped some topps 206 series 2 and damn if these inserts aren't some of the sweetest around. if you haven't seen them yet try to picture this. 206 cards are those small cards they made back around 1900 which were found in tobacco products. topps went out and bought up thousands of them to insert into packs of series 2… -

Question on HHL Limitations ?
A New semi-Q quarter will be released on March 27th... The HHL is 2 . Would it be possible to Receive 2 from both the "P" & "D" mint bags ? Or is this 2 and done ? -
