oh shoot, it WAS you! You can see, it's been 2 years and I still think about it. sorry...... If there is a bright side, I guess you can look at it this way, at least you didn't buy it back in 1979 at $50/oz, that's like $200/oz in today's dollars........ -

I bought nearly 100ozs of silver from a board member 2 years ago when Ag was around $45. They were selling premium silver for 10% back of melt. I sold most of it that spring for a small profit and kept a few of the nicer pieces. Here's one I kept. This one cost me $210. -

I've been stacking since 2001 those few eagles are just a tiny less than 1% addition...no hard feelings what so ever Wes! But I'd feel the same as you, so I understand. -

It all evens out in the end. Got my good buys and my overlays but I'm more interested in where it will be 10-25 years from now compared to whatever my weighted cost average is then! Thinking about it now could drive me to don't mind if I do! -

I look at a lot of my gold and silver that was purchased back when prices were MUCH cheaper than now... makes me smile...Cheers, RickO
