Could there be a typo involved here? What does the coin look like? Can we get some good pics? Many of these coins have heavy die polish lines and hopefully the graders didn't mistake them for hairline scratches. I can't imagine any of these coins grading lower than MS67 unless they were mishandled somewhere along the line. -
