I have noticed far fewer spots on ASE's in NGC holders. Most of them have been in PCGS holders. Maybe its a reaction of a planchet solvent with an ingredient in the plastic that PCGS uses? Or maybe my observations have been incorrect. I'm not slamming PCGS at all. I don't buy coins anymore unless they are in a PCGS holder,… -
