   My guess would be that PCGS posted the grades and the seller immediately listed them. The cash register was ringing in his ears, and he just could not wait until he had the coins in hand.

   Seller's grades posted Monday (3.28) so, while he was betting on the come, he'll have the coins shortly. Russ, NCNE

    Since HRH stated here a couple of years ago that about 2% of current proof mint releases deserve the 70 mark, the graders have performed true to his word. So if this guy submits 50, he deserves to get a PR70 back.
