This guy changed his ad to say the coin had been cracked out of a PCGS holder.... With all of the negatives, I doubt it. Then, he has 7 negs in one week. Item number: 3038982225 Beware! -

From what I can see this coin has a LOT of problems. 1. It’s not Mint State . 2. I don’t see the wire rim that ALWAYS shows from 12 to 3 o’clock on the obverse 3. I don’t see the scallop marks that ALWAYS show at the top of the reverse. 4. The mint mark is weak, but given items 2 and 3, so what? Bottom line – I doubt that… -

Well, I got an eMail back from eBay saying, in essence, there is nothing they can do about it. I posted to the E-bay Q and A forum about the auction. I noted that the coin was counterfiet and the ad was misleading and depicted 2 different coins but inferred they were the same. Think this is fraudulent? he he he... -

I looked at the auction for the most recent positive he received. It's one of the few that wasn't a private auction (OK, that's interesting...I wonder why? Let's look closer.)
