Re: No class...
<< <i>Perkdog~ Take it easy dude. It wasn't like I was calling you out or anything. Geez. It was just an opinion. That's all. Also, I apparently wasn't clear enough about the cheating. I meant about the spying stuff. Didn't say you guys didn't win it fair and square. You did. Just my opinion that the couch has zero… -
Re: QVC auto'd baseballs...Mantle, Williams...etc. Legit?
From sportsgraphing.com 12-30-2008, 08:44 AM Written By: 19Braves77 Charter Member One of my favorite things to do while traveling, is to visit small flea markets and look for autographs. Nearly 40% of the stuff I see at dirt cheap prices are items with a Scoreboard COA. I had a history with this company in my teenage… -

OK....Here's an update on the "Mini Summit - Portland"..... Not a huge turnout, but we did have Registry guys from 3 states!!! Funky Frank (Late70'sTopps) showed up from Seattle with a stunning 1975 Dave Winfield PSA 9 !!! The gloss was so good on this baby, you could almost see yourself in the reflection...Frank cut his… -
Re: Slightly OT but sports related: What is more important....
I would say play the game at a later date. As a Tennessee fan, a few years back when the UT-Fla game was postponed due to a hurricane, they played it as the last game of the year. You never know how things will turn out, but wouldnt it be cool to play it later when both teams are 10-0 or something, rather than the first… -
Re: Finally started my PSA registries and a showcase

Hi Brian Superb stuff - very entertaining. Nick - I agree on the list - and Brian will probably have similar thoughts. I noticed he put one of my favorites in the showcase: To add - Pedro Guerrero is a Dodger 'favorite' of mine: In 1981 he was a replacement at 2nd base for the injured Davey Lopes. Guerrero had five RBIs in… -
Long Beach Day 1 Report

I flew down to LB this morning to attend the show, submit some coins, and lot view the upcoming Heritage auction. Coming down from Northern California and still working on a day to day basis I had to cram in as much as possible because staying overnight was not in the cards. Luckily I bumped into the former president of… -
Re: ** Fun Way To Show Collection

I have to start here due to running out of space. Here is 1973: 1973 – U.S. involvement in the Vietnam War ends with the signing of the Paris Peace Accords on January 27. On March 29, the last United States soldier leaves Vietnam. On October 10, Spiro T. Agnew resigns as Vice President of the United States and then, in… -
Re: Need help, opinions, got a netural feedback
<< <i>Padded mailers ain't cheap and neither is ink or paper for your printer or your trip to the PO! Handling is supposed to be a part of the shipping charges and even though I've tried, I just can't seem to get my deliverables to package themselves up! You know? They just don't cooperate so I gotta get em out of there… -
Re: Please, Talk to me like I'm a small child and tell me...
Once upon a time, there were two piece of s**t c***s*****g Chinese counterfeiter f***s named Fang and Wang. One day, little Fang and little Wang wanted to rip off a coin collector. They saw that people pay good money for coins called Trraaade Doolllllaaarrss. They decided that if they could make Trade Dollars, they could… -
Re: Poll*: Is Poker a Sport?
<< <i>I suspect it's so "crystal clear" to you because you've tried and failed, and afterall, if somebody who knows the game of poker as well as you couldn't beat it, than it obviously can't be beat. Enjoy your closeminded way of thinking and unrealistically high opinion of yourself. I offered to show you my tax returns,…
