It’s in the angle. Photography is about reflection and imaging. You can’t capture color in one shot. I mean, by this; looking at subject from a different angle changes the perception and the reflection of light. I can wish you good luck or say “hire a pro” but it’s fun experimenting. So experiment. They are very nice looking notes! The low # are below 1000 (so the matching 00000153 with different Block letters would be a great trio to sell as a set). The other notes with 4 digits can be called "Year Notes" or even "Birth Year notes" (like 1973) which some collectors collect. The star notes can be called low range but… -

That sucks Marty. I am not sure what to do about the PVC. Is the coin for you or resale? If it was silver I'd dip it to try and remove the PVC but being copper I think you're stuck. Either way can you live with the PVC? -

Be careful how you sell and to whom you sell. If its reported, you will have to declare it on your income tax. If you have documentation of when you bought it and the price paid, you can treat the proceeds as a capital gain. If you've held the item for 1 year, its a long term capital gain.
