I agree PSA needs something new as the current holder is too easily comprimised. These scammers are very brazen, there was a guy passing off fakes in cracked PSA holders at the Nationals. When confronted he bolted out the doors. My friend got taken for almost $1200. -

I've shipped many items to unconfirmed addresses over the years and never had a problem. The way Paypal is set up these days, even shipping to a confirmed address is no guarantee against scammers, especially when you consider there are those that will wait for that "free" package that the mailman forgot to scan. -

Becoming a little bid paranoid? Set your preferences that bidders need a PayPal account to bid on your auctions & only accept payments via PayPal. That should eliminate most of your potential scammers ... if you follow their guideline,you'll be covered under PayPal sellers protection. -

What a whack job. Well here's a little silver lining in regards to the new feedback system...hopefully sellers like this will just go away. There's obvious scammers, and then there's people that confuse you with insanity to the point that you don't even know what you're bidding on anymore, lol. -

Yep. I just had a store listing axed overnight for daring to mention in the listing that the coin was in a Hallmark holder. Idiotic eBay rules. Just a venue, my ass... But I keep forgetting that eBay must protect everyone from these 3rd-tier self-slabbing scammers: -

It's always good to hear both sides of the story... And, I've bought some mint sets from VTCoins without any issues I think people are getting so balled up in the scammers, that they are forgetting that mistakes DO happen. Just my 1/2 cents worth. -

I just hope scammers don't start trying to use this as an excuse...."Oh your package arrived, but it was ripped open," that kind of crap. Thats why I'm glad that if it had to happen to me it was in a trade w/ ilya, a guy whose credibility I could never question. -

To be fair to potential buyers, before assuming a lowball offer, remember- whoever buys the coins is going to have to sell the them individually, potentially including photographing 100+ coins, listing them on eBay, dealing with returns and scammers, etc. if they want to get their best price and most people will want to… -

OK this guy is definitely a scammer. He has another "Cheerios" dollar up for sale, almost the same pictures says this one is from his grandfather. This is the one I got today, I will be sending it back. Here are the pics anyway!
