No 10 should have an edge like that. If the cert photos show those edges then maybe it was damaged by PSA during encapsulation. In my experience, PMG is slower than the specified assumed dates. Express is at least 7-8 working days. As Steve mentioned, it is contingent on the workload they have with auctions, etc. Honestly, PMG tends to rush through & the quality isn't as high as before. They overlook edge tears, splits. Was heavy in the CGA notes, very few - 2 or 3 - came back same grade or higher, otherwise like PCGS came back a grade lower but not as bad as the CGA notes. Look strictly at PMG now, unless can only find in PCGS, and then really look hard before purchase. -

I hope we don't end up with another CGA ! I am still trying to sell off the notes I had CGA grade for me. Heritage,Ebay and others don't recognise them so what about Legacy? Am I going to end up with graded notes that won't sell ,again ? I guess we will find out soon enough. -

Awesome notes, even without the PPQ notation. I've re-holdered CGA & PCGS notes to PMG. CGA notes routinely came back two grades lower, with PCGS notes a lot have come back one grade lower. Close inspection before sending in, you can usually spot the reason. Routinely its the margins, which, in MHO, tells me PCGS didn't… -
