Well according to Russ (my hero) if NGC says it's a CAM, it's a plain coin and is 1 point overgraded. So by the Russ grading standard that is a PR64 Merc in PCGSs eyes*. *Unless some high profile dealer submits it at the $200 level at a show then it's a PR66CAM. -
