Maybe I have a bad memory, but I can't name any new features that PCGS or NGC have added to their coin biz since the PE acquisitions. Scammers with zero feedback scores who buy a card and pay immediately. They then file a returns claim a full month later and send back garbage and ebay allows it unless you fight tooth and nail. -

It's a free Google email account. It's easily used by scammers to try and hide themselves. But there are people who do legimately use Gmail, because it's easily accessed from any computer, or they want to avoid spam and unwanted emails. -

I would say obviously, you've got the proverbial "old-time" collection there. It's pretty straightforward to see, since not many scammers are in possession of random Wayte Raymond style pages. What response would you expect? -
