He does not come across as a spammer, but that sure does not look like a ngc holder. Maybe it is an old holder, and he is waiting for the coin to come back from NGC. I guess you could always ask him. -

Very, very nice, Slammer!! Ironically, I own the same date in a PCGS "greenie" 65. Also superb luster and a gorgeous sliver of neon rainbow along the left obverse rim; otherwise, white. No image (yet), though...... -
