I also have some 58s that are VG and VG/EX. I also have a few 53 Topps high numbers and a fair number of 55 Bowmans available for trade...I also… -

Re: Central States Coin Show Chicago Roll Call
<< <i>I have been looking on mapquest to decide if I want to go. It appears I am about 5 hours away which is not to bad, but looks a little complicated. I need a GPS. Looks like next year it will be in my home town of Cincinnati so maybe I will just wait for next years show, but I will be sure to check with by local dealer… -
Re: Offical Baseball HOF Rookies Thread (Future HOF Rookies too)@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
Yes, absolutely the START to a HOF career with one of the best rookie seasons ever. But how many players have started brilliantly (Oliva is a great example) only to fall short of the HOF? We could sit here and list a couple hundred. You could probably point to the '95 season as one where McGwire may have started juicing.… -
Re: 1857 Seated Half Dollar. Opinions?
Yeah, there are certainly better type examples out there to fill the "no motto" hole in my type set. This one does'nt stand out as a type example, but it does stand out somewhat in my opinion for the date. I don't know how accurate PCGS coin facts are on population estimates, but the total pop estimate was 1,500, and only… -

Re: Most dangerous NL wild card team?
<< <i>I haven't been following the Marlins or Johnson, but Hamels has been lights out against Mets and Cards.
