I assume you have a photo you took before he bought it. So I am not sure I would let him return it. They sound a bit sketchy.. Some scammers will send a fake (empty) package with a tracking number. Then when you receive it and the package is empty they will claim to Paypal they sent it back and provide a tracking number…
