Re: Question about ethics, Upside down lettering error,
<< <i>I still see a lot of people being sold these upside down errors. I e-mailed several of the posters last week informing them this is not an error. Several replied saying thanks for the info but are still listing. I was wondering what if I listed a washington dollar error, and in the text explain that the lettering… -

TOTALLY PHONY. Of course I just contacted Paypal and they said it was… -

Re: Do you care whether or not a dealer is a member of the PNG?
Absolutely. It's about the only way you might have a good chance of recovering your money if you were ripped off. The one time I had a problem with a dealer (he was in the process of applying to PNG) he had ignored paying me for a coin he sold for several months. A quick call to the PNG and I had a check in the mail within… -
Re: Ethics and the Hobby
1. 25% of posters are 110% ethical. They will tell you exactly why they are thining and will give you the shirt off their back. They explain every response, what they know on the subject, and will even suggest where you can find more information. These folks are genuine nice people who, in many cases, love the hobby. 2.… -

Re: POLL: If a dealer (or collector) owes you, how long will you wait?
There are certain steps you have to take within a certain timeframe. Paypal, for instance, requires you file a claim within 45 days (I believe that's the timeframe now). Ebay makes you wait 30 days but won't let you file after 90 days. Your credit card might have a time limit on chargebacks. Statute of limitations varies…
