Fraudulant listing ebay
I'm sure this has come up before, but how do I report it to both ebay and PCGS? I ask about PCGS because in this instance the seller claims the coin is PCGS graded and verified by CAC. It's raw, not graded by anyone. It's a Bicentennial IKE minted in Philadelphia. Not showing the holder is a violation of ebay listing… -
