Do you think David Hall Rare Coins would mind this seller borrowing his name and getting the President wrong? I am posting this because I am frustrated with the way eBay handles scammers and counterfeit coins. I know I probably went too far, sorry! -

Fraudulant listing ebay
I'm sure this has come up before, but how do I report it to both ebay and PCGS? I ask about PCGS because in this instance the seller claims the coin is PCGS graded and verified by CAC. It's raw, not graded by anyone. It's a Bicentennial IKE minted in Philadelphia. Not showing the holder is a violation of ebay listing… -

Just major PMD, but scammers try to sell these on many sites... some are not actual scammers, just uninformed and excited. But many are phonies. Cheers, RickO
