Fraudulant listing ebay
I'm sure this has come up before, but how do I report it to both ebay and PCGS? I ask about PCGS because in this instance the seller claims the coin is PCGS graded and verified by CAC. It's raw, not graded by anyone. It's a Bicentennial IKE minted in Philadelphia. Not showing the holder is a violation of ebay listing policy. Ebay tiok away the link to report listings.

Offered to me for the low, low price of $37,500. I declined of course and in the narrative block I told him he was a scammer and pointed out all of the errors in his listing.

For a common Eisenhower dollar to. Just look and smile
That listing and others by the same seller are far less likely to result in financial harm to potential buyers than countless other fraudulent listings on eBay. The seller’s pictures and asking prices should all-but-ensure that the coins won’t be sold.
