Two shills?
Here Putting aside for now the fact that ebay's new policy of protecting spammers is extremely annoying... Notice current high bidder - "Bidder 1". 80% of his dealings have been with "fcj". Before ebay hid the auction, I happened to notice his userid was a short string of consonants, like "drlk"... coincidence? Oh look.… -
Re: 2 ebayers to NOT block
I recently had a buyer not get a card, it had the dc number but was in postal world. It didn,t move for a month and I issued the refund. About three weeks later, I get a call at home stating he was the buyer of said card and wanted to mail me a check. There are more honest people then scamers on eBay but we never hear… -
Re: BUYER BEWARE EBAY jens_corp
He's nothing more than a Key Word Spammer who, in one listing, describes the die markers for an accented hair yet posts regular proofrs as "Possible Accented Hair Strike"? In a reply back to my informative inquiry, he stated: "Where does the listing say this is an accented hair proof? This coin is being sold as a 1964… -
Re: Should I leave a neg for this guy? ** UPDATE in 1st POST **
<< <i>Good Lord! Get a life! NO, you shouldn't leave a neg, unless you're an a**hole, in which case, go for it! Few things are more pathetic than a grown adult not even having enough stones to make a decision about whether he should or shouldn't leave negative Ebay feedback....if you're unsure, that's probably a sign that… -
Re: ex-mailman gets 3 years in prison for stealing pricey coins
Now he has 3 years to learn about coin collecting while in the slammer. Maybe if he gets near a computer there, he can join a coin board like this one and really learn something, so that he can get rid of this coin for max profit when he gets paroled out in a few months. I'm sure that there a few less than honest… -
5 things i like about darin's team -- the day after
* the offensive line was otherworldly, completely nullifying the vaunted Philly pass rush. * for my money, Andy Reid is the best coach in football. the game plan he devised was a masterpiece. * players who possess GOATish qualities have moments. for me personally, last night's moment took place on the game-winning drive… -
PCGS Collectors Club Christmas Fund- New total $2500.00 including Marty's Auction- GREAT GOING EVER

Some of you new members that were not around last year at this time (actually I'm late) have no clue what this is all about. Some of you know very well, the people that totally misjudged me, my motive and underestimated my determination. (BTW, in retrospect, I can see why everybody felt the way they did...afterall, who was… -
Re: Is this really a dmpl? what are the standards for dmpl?
Actually, that coin you linked looks pretty nice to me, the cameo is great, especially for the date and mint mark. You can find wonderful cameo contrast and thick frost on the devices on some years and not pay a fortune, like the 82-84 cc’s and 80-s and 81-s. Of course, everything Seattle slammer is spot on. Only mirror… -
Re: I haven't gave any interviews lately

This goes well beyond satire: << <i>And Mr. Hall's porn king shows up with MadMarty. Mr. Hall you run a obscene and sick coin forum site. Spammers & hackers paradise. And Carolj knows all about it and still allows the creeps to access the boards. It's a direct reflection upon your character Mr. Hall. >> That is currently… -
Re: An 1884 Trade Dollar in PCGS PR67
Bet it looks better than that picture. I wonder what the pedigree on that one is. I thought they were all from famous collections. That's awesome. Slammer- I agree with you, when it comes to stuff that isn't ultra-rare like this one- I would rather have a CAM or DCAM than three or four grade points. I am fond of stuff in…
