Can anyone explain to me about all the Series 1 or 2 sets on Ebay?
I've seen a TON of sets out there on Ebay that are ONLY Series 1 or ONLY Series 2. Am I the only one who doesn't understand the reasoning behind this? I mean, who wants to buy only half a set? Looks like quite a bit of demand for those 2006 American Eagle anniversary sets. Images of 1865/1865 2 cent piece for confirmation?
Happy New Year everyone. I've recently purchased an NGC 1865/1865 2 cent piece in VF-30. I've looked pretty closely (I have a magnifying glass but not a loupe yet) and I'm not sure I'm seeing the 1865/1865, or crud near the date. Sorry to be the dissenter here but original Matte Proof silver often tones in a very dark and streaky manner.
