The shield does make it look like a US-Philippines issue so you can assume the dies were made at the Philadelphia Mint. This mint made some US issues with a 3/2 in the date. Bad Beat - BIN Sniped on eBay by like 1 or 2 mintues
in the middle of what I thought was a convincing message to lower a BIN, the seller had seen my previous request and lowered it. 2 minutes later I finish typing, go to the listing and someone BIN sniped it from me. 2 minutes and paid immediately! first world problems. -

I just pick up a collection of German coins from wii. In the bunch there was a1939d 2 reichmarks with a strange surface texture (bumps and ridges) that I never seen before.
