Red flags: 1. No feedback for selling cards. 2. 99-cent start prices. This doesn't make him a scammer, but it does increase the chances. -

Scammers rarely stop unless they're put in jail or given one more chance before they will be put in jail, and then maybe they learn their lesson...maybe. -

Lots of red flags for that seller: Low feedback, private auctions, expensive cards, no recent feedback, low starting prices. Scammer probability: 99.87%. -

The first link is definetely a counterfeit ! If they all look like that one then this guy either has no clue and got burned or is a scammer. I'm guessing the latter. -

Dormant ebay accounts seem to be the ones that are used by hackers/scammers, so I'm guessing this is one reason why ebay wants to purge them. -

Tell him you'll believe him if he sends you his sons Xbox as compensation. It will teach the little scammer a lesson and everyone will be happy. -

What ever you do, don't buy from EBAY. I was scammed. Coinworld and lots of others have scammers taking phoney scripts. -

I wonder how much "negotiation" will happen after the end of auctions once the new FB policy is in place??? It's going to be a scammers world on ebay.
