Scam Ebay auctions for 33 Goudey Ruths

Seller has 2 different cards pictured with the same serial#'s. One Ruth has a small gash between the letters and a white speck on the cap brim, while the other has better centering, color and some kind of erasure in the left field.

Quite the appropriate name for the seller.

Lots of red flags for that seller: Low feedback, private auctions, expensive cards, no recent feedback, low starting prices. Scammer probability: 99.87%.

Different backgrounds on the scans looks like a red flag too.

If you scanned your other cards with a nice black background there is no reason why you would not scan the 1952 Topps Mantle the same way.

A few of the other cards the seller has listed have different cards pictured with the same cert number, Look at the 57 Mantle, 61 Mantle AS and the other 33 Ruth.

Edit to add: After looking a little closer at the listings, in all of the listings that have two scan the slabs are different. Around the edges of the slabs there are pretty significant differences. All of the slabs on the right have small circles all the way around the slab edges. There are other differences too. I reported the listings where the differences were obvious. I also called Ebay are reported the seller. Hopefully they will remove the cards and ban the seller.
