I have 18 2011 ms70 fs SAEs all have developed milk spots. I was going to submit under guarantee but am not a member and was told that I needed to be a member to do so. I sold a Proof and business strike set of ASEs last year for a friend. All of the coins were in Dansco albums and they all got the same kind of toning. Some of the Proof coins got milky spots too. The gold/yellow toning was nice, but the spots were unattractive. -
