PD Question

General Questions about PD. I have at least 5-6 60s cards at varying high condition levels. They have print marks on them. Without the marks, they would range from Ex-Mt to Mint 1. Is there a rule of thumb of how many grades marks knock down a card (roller marks, ink spots)? Nothing major. Some are barely noticeable and…
