It's a free Google email account. It's easily used by scammers to try and hide themselves. But there are people who do legimately use Gmail, because it's easily accessed from any computer, or they want to avoid spam and unwanted emails. -

Someone needs to use their anti scammer eBay account to snipe this auction to save a lot of money for the poor soul who wins this auction. I think lsu has one he uses for other bogus auctions -

I would say obviously, you've got the proverbial "old-time" collection there. It's pretty straightforward to see, since not many scammers are in possession of random Wayte Raymond style pages. What response would you expect? -

Scammers with zero feedback scores who buy a card and pay immediately. They then file a returns claim a full month later and send back garbage and ebay allows it unless you fight tooth and nail. -

Re: New (for me) and WEIRD letter from Paypal
So far, in this thread: "Scammers are running wild." "Paypal. . . the abuse keeps on coming." Paypal is making an attempt at protecting themselves, thus protecting you from fraud. I'd allow them to do their job in the hopes they'll have some success.
