Assigning a value to a 1 of 1 autograph card(Pack pulled)
What criteria would you suggest in establishing a value for one. This would not only be for mailing insurance value to/from a grader, but to also fall within the grading companys offer when it says "grading special",only values up to a certain amount, like not to excede $200.00 maximum value. 1) Coin press #1 produced all CC minted coinage 1870-1874. (it was the only coin press at the CC mint in those years) 2) Two more presses were brought in in 1875, and remained in service through 1893.
