Re: More fun for eBay sellers...
By entering false info in item specifics that would not otherwise be provided (in the title or description) a dishonest seller just gave his buyer grounds for "not as described." Item specifics force a seller to provided info, whether true or false, that he may have intentionally avoided providing in his title or… -

Re: Tom Brady OWNS the Steelers!

Wow, how can fans not see that James was falling to the ground as he was trying to catch the ball? He never even had his feet directly under him. It is crystal clear, the goal line is meaningless in this scenario per NFL rules since James was falling to the ground while trying to catch the ball. Football move is… -

I agree that it was a stretch for the Fed. to nail him for "identity theft" if all he was doing was creating false names to be delivered to "corner the market" which is a joke with the flash in the pan mint productions. None of them have held their value for long. I guess doing this for commercial purposes is where they… -
Re: 2022 inflation report thread
Yes, you bought into the fear mongering and still spread the false narrative. Did the false narrative include all the Europeans who couldn't afford natgas lining up in trucks to go harvest wood for heating this winter because prices were up 7X? Tell me that those videos and reports weren't real. Was it just another psyop?… -
Re: Remember $100 offered to remove ebay negative??
Interesting lawsuit. To answer KoinDawg's question, the plaintiff does have to prove the allegedly defamatory statements were false, and may under these circumstances have to prove in addition that the person making them knew they were false. Truth is a complete defense. Moreover, the person claiming to have been defamed… -
Re: Complete Morgan dollar set in Whitman folder
I remember those Whitman folders for Silver Dollars. Every time you opened the folder several dollars would fall out of it. I found a lot of different dates by going through groups of Silver Dollars from the bank. My Dad bought me an 1878-CC in UNC. for $4.50 in 1963 or 1964. He also got me Uncirculated…
