Are they graded? Are they milk spotted? Are they with mint packaging and COA's? All those questions and maybe a few others might affect what one should be paying for them. -

I've got all the rev. proofs that the mint ever issued..gold, plat & silver, and I've bee very fortunate, that none have ever milk spotted. -

It's known as milk spotting. It's caused by poor rinsing of the planchets at the mint, and it ain't coming off without sandpaper. That's one of the worst cases I've seen! Russ, NCNE
