Whatever will maximize value. I have a soft spot for varieties, so that would be a cool honor. Likely yes, if the variety or VAM has some clout. Run of the mill variety with little demand? Back to maximize the value. -

71s, 72s, and 73s are generally more hazy with milk spots, but I have seen a few 72s & 73s that approach the toning of 74s (but not quite the same). -

Probably occured after being slabbed. See how bad milk spots can be on modern silver, even eagles slabbed right off the mint. -

I hope you are implying for the better on the other proofs. I have a complete (except the 95W) raw proof set. No milk spots on any of em. -

Ah yes, the presidential first girlfriend. I will however have to check to see if the grading services will be restricting 70 grades for fear of "MILK SPOTS" forming. -
