      Could be a milk spot. For now, I wouldn't bother sending the coin in... it's not worth the guarantee or a one-point upgrade. Save your money. Jeremy

      I remember looking it up and seeing a very low mintage, and, what’s more, this example is very clean with no milk spots or toning or anything it’s really nice. 👍

      I would assume that if General Mills worked out the details for a 20,000,000 package promotion well in advance of actually putting coins into cereal boxes, which would be logical, then it KNEW that it needed 5,500 Dollar coins and therefore it ORDERED 5,500 Dollar coins.       PS There are two basic kinds of copper spots. One is a copper colored spot. The other is a copper colored spot surrounding a tiny black speck. I suspect the hard black speck is caused by debris in the press. Elongated impurities that can also have copper colored reaction rings happened in the rolling mill.

      Absolutely not ... got enough problems from keeping them milk spot free. btw some of your colorful ASE's look as if they have the "disease."

      Congrat's on that one Bill. Is that a Milk Spot by the "C" in Canada? If so, that'll hurt. Looks like it may need an MS70 bath, light dip.

      Two of my other pet peeves: Debris inside slabs---especially hair and food. What's with that? No quality control? Milk spots on ASE's.
