Ah good ole Porsche, I have seen his auctions over the years. He is indeed a first class ripoff artist. Beware I think he is in coohoots with someone over at CGA the grading company and he gets very high grades on almost everything he submits. That bill at best is probably a 62 imho. The Yankees stamps shouldn't be a problem for grading. I don't know about buying EXMT to NM though. They are common enough in single and sheet form that higher grades should be easy to find. The W512's they won't grade though. Be very careful with the W512's. There are a lot of reprints of this particular issue. The W512's… -
