Re: Need Help Deciding Grade
Unless you have been collecting a lot of years and have a lot of experience grading notes, I would never spend that kind of money on a raw note. The risk is too high. When I was just starting out I learned some expensive lessons by trusting dealers and buying raw notes or notes graded by CGA instead of PCGS or PMG. Then… -
1979 and 1980 Topps baseball submission results
I have the following cards available from my recent 1979 and 1980 Topps submission. The grades are nice but the grader was being very picky on them. I thought more deserved to be 10s. I am looking to trade them for other cards I need from 1979 and 1980. If you are interested in any of them, please let me know. Two of the… -

Re: For the collector who has everything

Ah good ole Porsche, I have seen his auctions over the years. He is indeed a first class ripoff artist. Beware I think he is in coohoots with someone over at CGA the grading company and he gets very high grades on almost everything he submits. That bill at best is probably a 62 imho. Edited for spelling. -
Las Vegas Sports Card Show Oct 22-24 - SHOW REPORT

https://lasvegascardshow.com/ I went to the show on Saturday Oct 24. It was advertised as a 400-table show, I think it was around 100 short. The venue is located near the North Premium Outlet Mall right across the street from the funky looking Cleveland Clinic. The show was on the main Expo floor. The room was nice. It had… -
I'm sharing my boredom lol

Okay, so I was bored and decided to see how many different off brands I could find. I have heard of some of these, and most of these are new to me. There were others I found but couldn't steal the pictures. I think eventually all the acronyms will be taken. I ran across pcagrading.com nice holders and page, but not one… -

Re: Does PSA grade these...
The Yankees stamps shouldn't be a problem for grading. I don't know about buying EXMT to NM though. They are common enough in single and sheet form that higher grades should be easy to find. The W512's they won't grade though. Be very careful with the W512's. There are a lot of reprints of this particular issue. The W512's… -
Re: Are there any CU members who have never submitted a card?
<< <i>I was just sitting here reading some posts and it just occurred to me. I have not sent a single card in to be graded.........ever! Anyone else? Granted I have many graded PSA & SGC cards. On someone elses dime. >> Same with me. I own some PSA, BGA, and SGC cards (probably around 30), but I have never sent any in… -
Re: The ANA--Why Are You a Member?
I have been an ANA member for a long time. I echo Mark’s comments and add a few of my own. The ANA Charter is fundamentally a statement of shared interest and ethics. When the organization was based in Ohio and other easterly locations, it was able to be directly involved, and exert influence on issues relating to…
