i did change the setting with the same results. under that setting i placed a different ASE(see the 2 results below). but thank you for the suggestion. the failed one is the coin in question,the other is the 2026 P ASE. thanks but i cannot see why i would get 2 different readings on 2 separate ASE if it was a calibration… -

Are ASE's going to be now known as Type 2's? I understand when there are two different ones minted in one year, but are we all going to be forever calling this newly designed Eagle the Type 2? It could be a 6 over 5. I have never seen an 1846 1/2 Real with such an overdate, but who knows. Conditions were still quite primitive at the Santiago mint in the 1840's. OT: Any Rockhounds here? Interesting Rock…
They knocked down a local old house and while looking for coins (2 merc dimes) I noticed a rock that was left behind when the fieldstone foundation was mostly cleared away. About 15”x 9”x9 is is Extremely Heavy it shines with metallic silver grey throughout. It’s not magnetic. Any ideas? -
Health update 4/10 Transplant fundraiser last batch including 2 Feathers on GC 3/30 update
Well unfortunately our daughter found out she’s A+ and her mom’s O- unfortunately blood type O are universal donors but they can only get another O kidney ☹️ We still have others to test but it’s was a hart break we might be able to do a chain donation if we can’t find a good family match.
