Re: Buddy, could you spare some PSA plastic holder boxes?
I don't know if what I use are called Vault Boxes or Shoe Boxes, but they are all white, double rows to a box, hold 75-76 cards per row (150-152 per box). For the 598-card sets I collect, four boxes work perfectly. I can even cram my recently completed 609-card 1967 set into them. Can't get any cards out to look at them,… -

Re: Mailed PCGS a submission almost a month ago.
I agree about contacting PCGS. Not so sure about USPS responsibility. I am NOT an expert. However, I think that the USPS insurance coverage ends when a package is "delivered". "Indemnity is not paid for insured mail (including Priority Mail Express and Priority Mail), Registered Mail, COD, or Priority Mail and Priority… -

Re: Pirate Ship Insurance...
Yep. "They" expect you to be familiar with their 'terms and conditions'. And it behooves you to be, because these are the rules they are going to follow in the event of a 'loss/claim'. Consider 'Pirate Ship' insurance. They will not cover raw coins being shipped to a TPG for grading. Reference (Section = "Exclusions";… -
Re: best way to sell vintage complete sets???
As a comment, rather than a direct answer, it always kills me when I struggle to add a few last cards to complete a set I want to put up for sale. Overpay for a card so I can say it is a complete set and not a near complete set. And then the buyer turns around and has 609 seperate auctions. Of course one can do whatever… -
Re: Storing PSA cards
not to add to the confusion re: these boxes but could someone help me understand how they know what checklists to put in each box? I see how the binder system works as per their websute you order a binder system by year but the boxes are generic in terms of how one orders. I gues they could figure ity out if I custom label… -
