Re: The 4th finest 1972 Topps set ever is now retired
Frank - Of the ones you listed I have all except the #409 and 655, and 300 - Aaron IA. I might have an eaiser time of it since I am going pretty much only for 8's, but the Aaron IA is a real toughie, and most nice 8's I have seen run around $200- $250. I know the Schaal IA was Mike Castaldi's bete noir, so I'll see how it… -

set divisors
I just upgraded a card in my 1956 baseball set and came across a problem. After completing the edit and hitting the continue bar, the numbers that came up were: 5262/657 = 8.0091*** ( 8.01 rounded off). When I went back to registration main page for 1956, it states under the description that the divisor for the set is 646.… -
Re: What would you pay for this "buffed"1909-s VDB?
$1000 is way out of my range I was thinking 600-650 tops. But my idea of value seems in line with the replies, maybe a bit on the low side. So if I get it great, at least I didn't pay way too much. Though I probably won't win it as it never ceases to amaze me how I'm consistently the person willing to pay the second… -
Re: Picked up a FIVE pound bag of Indian Cent culls
<< <i>Will you be recording all the dates and doing a statistical workup? that would be interesting! >> You would be bored. Talk about some truly ugly coins. A couple of surprises but otherwise... I did think about getting a cheap used DANSCO and seeing how many holes I could fill. Now that the key date is among them. (No…
