Ruffco was a company started by Howard Ruff in probably the 1970s or 1980s he had a newsletter that was very popular. So I think the point of the slab and sticker was more about hard money than numis…4 -

I agree in 1980 when the Hunts were trying to corner the silver market the price of silver was all over the news and the general public knew what was happening. People were standing in line for hours…1
