I don't know of any dealers that buy them, but I've heard of people buying and selling them on ebay. I think the current copper value in a cent is somewhere around 2.7-2.8 cents worth of copper in a … (View Post)1 -

If it was struck on a dollar planchet, it would be the size of a dollar, not the size of a cent. It's not unusual for a copper plated cent to have a brassy color. (View Post)5
