OP, you need to be clearer about what you are asking.
You are showing the obverses of two different coins. Are you saying your coin has two inverses and no reverses?
Also, the picture of the edge is out of focus.
In any case, if it's one coin then it is either a novelty or a magicians coin. Better photos would allow more accurate assessments.
It looks like they have glue on them.

I believe he is showing both sides but it is a two headed coin. This is definitely a manufactured novelty coin. Heads both sides for always winning a coin toss.
