Why are the Omega Cents not yet included in the Set Registry? I was originally told they would be, then spoke to PCGS and was specifically told they are not going to be--for now. How does that make any sense at all?

  Too scarce? No. They include coins like the 58 DDO, of which THREE are known to exist. Too scarce cannot possibly be the issue.
