Another Match...This one is going to be alittle Tricky.
So when i discovered this Potential Match...I wasn't sure if i would be able to find/contact the DC Note Owner.
The DC Note owner never submitted his 3000 Plus Notes to Project2013b or Project2013b2.0.....However he did submit them to The Zegers/Winograd Project way back in 2017.
Because I added all the Z/W Project Serial Numbers into Project2013b2.0s website...i knew both Notes were submitted.
So i reached out to Mr Winograd to see if he knew how to contact the DC Note Holder....And he came thru. So I'm hoping these two note holders can work out a deal to bring these 2 Notes together...
