Another Match...This one is going to be alittle Tricky. So when i discovered this Potential Match...I wasn't sure if i would be able to find/contact the DC Note Owner. The DC Note owner never submitted his 3000 Plus Notes to Project2013b or Project2013b2.0.....However he did submit them to The Zegers/Winograd Project way back in 2017. Because I added all the Z/W Project Serial Numbers into Project2013b2.0s website...i knew both Notes were submitted. So i reached out to Mr Winograd to see if he knew how to contact the DC Note Holder....And he came thru. So I'm hoping these two note holders can work out a deal to bring these 2 Notes together...

      Both Notes above was submitted by one individual to Project2013b2.0

      Both of the matching notes were submitted to the Older Project2013b back in 2023.

      The owner of these two Notes, was advised to go ahead and submit these two bills to the older Project2013b...with the hopes that they still have the matches in their possession.
