Grading and damage to a coin.
I just bought a 1921 P Mercury Dime that is BUFSB with the only problem being some damage to the rim. With PCGS, any damage is marked damaged and ungradable? (View Post)1 -

Cool, I guess a 62 to 63. Of course, the coins I just got back were 62 and 63 so I had an advantage. (View Post)1 -

I don't think you are missing anything. If you look at the reverse the top and bottom bands are pristine. If it was AU you would see some wear there. Also, 9 times out of 10 the center band isn't str… (View Post)1 -
