    Very nice, GB!

My III-edge has the die crack through AMERICA making it an R2 O.109a, unlike Dr. Dave's.

Here are a couple of R4's with nice nice luster.

    Here are 3 more 27 R4's
These 2 coins share the same reverse die. See the first 2 lines of stripes 1, 2 and 3 are unfinished and do not join to the shield.

Let's keep in mind that R4 marriages are different than R4 die states. R4 die states often do not earn a price premium, while R4 marriages do earn a price premium in CBHs.

Here are some 1827 R4 marriages.

    Hey Mozin,
It is always a treat when you bring out your beauties for us to see.
I wish you did it more often.
If I had your CBH set I would just post them everyday on every coin board I could find on the www.
    Thanks Mozin.
    Great coins.

Holy cow! Those are some beauties.

JRocco, Mozin, I'm in awe. And Jay, I love them. But if you don't fix that white balance I'll never talk to you again.

How can you not love CBH's? Stunning coins. Thanks for sharing.
    Lance.

    Jay,

I know your frustration! Try using some simple editing software where you can adjust the white balance. Or try and hook up with a photographer at a coin show...it's worth the money...I debated it for the awhile.

I'd love to see those things in true color.

Just giving you a bad time, Jay. All in fun.

Take what the camera gives you and adjust with your editor. Even though you have set the camera's white balance for the kind of lighting you're using it is usually necessary to adjust white balance with your photoshop software (or whatever you're using).

Below is a one-click fix. Better to do it with your original, especially if the image is raw.

    Love the coin!
    Lance.
