for all ebay account holders or only slected accounts? Anyone not seeing it?

Yes Indeed. Got notice this morning but I figured out what eBay does. They come in and
see that what I am bidding on closes in 1 too 3 days then they offer the double bucks. LOL
Guess I will being looking at the "ending soonest & buy it now " auctions of coins today and but
stuff I have no use for just to get the double bucks. Not!
