Since we cannot out the bad guys I will start off by saying PM me if you don’t want this Hassel yourself.
Story starts with customer wins and pays for auction item, it ships out the next day.
Three days later the item shows as delivered by the USPS tracking number. Done deal just another one that doesn’t leave feedback you think.
Thirty-one days later you check your feedback and find this.
Insert Neutral sigh here. coin lost in transit

You would think that they would at least contact you before leaving that type of feedback. Funny thing with the small amount involved I would of probably of just issued a refund because I have had the same happen to me. BTW the item was a PCGS Proof Ike.

I reported it to eBay waiting to see what they do with it.

    PM me his ID.

The flip side is that if it was only delivery confirmation, it is possible he never got it. Happens. He should have at least communicated with you.

Agreed, he should have contacted you first to work it out. Thanks for the heads up.
  • Strange to leave a nuetral for something not recieved , even stranger not to message you regarding the delivery. It's getting weirder by the day there.
Out of curiosity , i was asked , if a buyer is a non payer and a case is opened , the 4 days go by and no response the seller can then close the case but what ive been asked is can that non paying buyer still leave feedback of any kind at all ?

Occasionally I get an email asking about a delayed shipment, only to point out that it arrived well before. Often, the buyer confused transactions or misplaced something. Maybe a quick email will jog his memory. He can't do anything worse (ie, leave a neg), but if the piece did arrive, feedback can be mutually withdrawn. It's certainly frustrating, but there may be some salvaging that can be done.

eBay will do nothing in my experience. Mine left me a negative.

Was the buyer sapoinc? Or was the address in APPLE VALLEY, CA ?
