    The 80cc looks like it's a nice coin and maybe a 64, but I do see evidence of dipping
    and an improper rinse.

    64 (perhaps an over dipped satiney coin - decent strike and few marks, lack of luster holds grade to low end 64)

    Tom, Spot on! What made you decide the 1899 was "cleaned"? I picked it up in 2004 from a retired school teacher who inherited from his father in the 60's. The coin was stored in a Whitman tri-fold folder that was not favorable to the obverse. This particular coin has not been messed with in 40 years! I'm like "wow" it's cleaned already?

    Since I let the proverbial cat out of the bag early, I must recognize kudos to jdimmick and coincat for guessing all 4 coin grades correctly. I remain curious over the 1899 cleaned PCGS designation though. As mentioned previously, the 1899 was purchased in 2004 from a retired School teacher whose father had acquired the coin in the 1960s. The specimen was stored in a traditional tri-fold Whitman Folder. So how is it that this particular coin grades "92 cleaned" @ PCGS?

    99 looks AU, but it's tough to see the cleaning from the photo...my guess is it was really over-dipped and is "lifeless."

    The 88-s looks cleaned to me as I see quite a few hairlines.

    By the way...nice coins.
