Don`t know what the feedback will be on this one but it`s mine and I like it image
I`m sure everyone will not agree so lets hear it...

It`s almost certain toned Peace Dollars end up in these holders.
I watched this one tone over time naturally but they disagreed.

Whatever...image

Lee, that is an unusual Peace for sure. Almost target toned. Probably looks great
in hand. I'm not a fan, however.

Are you guys saying that it's not for you because it is AT?

This coin has been with me for quite some time and was untoned many years ago. I watched it slowly take on the toning it has now. No AT about it, so... image

I know that if I had this peace dollar and it cost me $6 I would really like it, and I sure wouldn't mind if anyone said they liked it or not. But I do!

I have a few Peace dollars with brown toning and good luster that I like but I can't remember seeing a Peace with that blue toning yours exhibits.
I like it and I'd like to offer you an oppurtunity to quadruple your money right now tonight no questions asked.image

I LOVE the coin! Great luster, and I'm sure some better pics would really bring out that color! Send it to Todd or myself, I'm sure you won't be disappointed with how that beauty images out! image

    Love the toning
The blue is very even on both sides, pretty hard to find IMO on peace dollars. Especially since the reverse usually tones better than the observe on the peace dollar.
It should grade its a beauty.

Looks natural to me. Not a common look for that series.
I wouldn't kick it out of my collection if the opportunity presented itself. All my Peace dollars are white to light golden toned.
A little variety would be welcome.image

One of the nicest Peace Dollars I've seen in a long time. Raw mind you. That obverse could be a hood ornament whatever that means. Love it.

Wow!! That's 64+...with that tone 65? Hard pics to read, but surely attractive! image

I think it looks great, and has lots of luster left, as others have mentioned. Nice details, too. Do let us know what the folks at the Baltimore show tell you.

I don't mind it, but I have seen freshly dipped coins placed in napkins or toilet paper have almost an identical looks after about a year.

Sending a toned peace dollar to PCGS is not something I would ever do. Didn't HRH post on this very board that there was no such thing as a naturally rainbow toned peace dollar?

Given that, there's no way I would ever expect one to pass muster at PCGS, no matter how legit the toning.

EDIT: Misattribution on my part. It wasn't Don Willis, but HRH:

No such thing? Then how come PCGS has graded rainbow Peace dollars in the past? Which is it? None are natural or some are? image

There were none in the 60s, so there will never be any ever.

Don't shoot the messanger; it's not my contention.

I edited my message above, as it was NOT Don Willis, but HRH back in 2009:
