That image doesn't even adequately display the clashing that gives the variety its name. Try to find a better scan and when you see one, you will see why its called the Bugs Bunny variety.
The "Bugs Bunny" Franklin is best known for the 1955. There is a 1951 "Bugs Bunny" which isn't as common as the 1955. I've seen 8 of the 1951 BB's and owned 6 out of the 8.
