  That is cool. They look to be in pretty good condition as well. Are they dipped or otherwise cleaned?

  I presume from the new-looking chain and multiple love tokens that this is not an original jewelry item....
  More like something put together recently with some accumulated love tokens?
  
  My guess is that a love token would be just one on a chain?
  While a bracelet would be holed coins without love token type modified reverses?
  
  Does anyone have observations on these types of original jewelry?

  I have a whole bunch of love tokens from the 1870-1880 timeframe. The bracelet didn't survive, but I suspect the bracelet was more like a charm bracelet of today.
